Local Pickup

If you are local to our pickup location at Nourish Boutique Spa in Cobourg you will receive an email once your order has been processed and is ready.  If you did not receive an email to notify you that your order is ready, please check your junk mail folder.


We ship to all addresses across Canada, with no minimum order required.

Once your order has been fulfilled, orders are shipped standard or expedited through Canada Post.

Expediated shipping is FREE for all orders across Canada (the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days in Ontario and 3-9 business days nationally.

Express shipping (the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days after order fulfillment) is available for $25.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped with love from Cobourg, Ontario, Canada.

Orders are filled in 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday). Once an order departs our warehouse, you will receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number via email. Please check your inbox for shipping updates! If you do not receive an email please check your junk mail folder.

Promotions & Discounts

One promotion can be applied per order.

From time to time a promotional code may be sent to our subscribers. Promotional codes are restricted to orders over $100, have an expiry date, and are not eligible toward certain items (sale items, bundles and gift cards) and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions. A minimum of 2 Eminence Organics products must be purchased. 

Promotional codes may only be used online at Radiance Clean Beauty.

Occassionally, a glitch in the app may permit more than one promotion to be used. As such, we will automatically adjust your order to remove the second promotion.

Enter your promo code (coupon, discount) at the bottom of the free gift pop-up window if your order also qualifies for a gift with purchase.  Or enter your code at checkout.  Only one coupon code can be applied per order. Your code might not work if you have items in your cart that are not eligible.

If you have reviewed our policies above and still have issues with a promotion code please contact Customer Service.   

We will match all offers that follow the Eminence Organics MAP policy for authorized retailers. 

Processing Orders

You may find the status of your order and view your order history on the “My Orders” section in your account. Access this via the link in the page footer or at the "person" icon located at the top right side of your screen. You can also check the status of your order via the chat icon located at the bottom right of your screen. Please have your order number available.

Once your order has been placed changes cannot be made via your account. Because we strive to process orders quickly please contact us within two hours of placing your order if you would like to make a change. You may contact us by e-mail at orders@radiancecleanbeauty.com to inform us of the changes you would like to make.

Of course! Every order includes up to six complimentary Eminence Organic Skin Care and/or Elate Cosmetics samples of your choice.

Requests for certain samples may be made, but we can not guarantee availability as stock levels vary. To request your specific samples please list your choices in the order notes section at checkout.

Gift Cards

Radiance Clean Beauty eGift Cards can be purchased and redeemed here on radiancecleanbeauty.com, and are offered in the following denominations: $25, $50, $75, $100, $200, $250. Radiance Clean Beauty eGift Cards are not redeemable at Nourish Spa.

You can purchase physical and e-gift cards for our sister business, Nourish Spa, online at Nourish Spa . Nourish gift cards are not redeemable on radiancecleanbeauty.com.

All Radiance Clean Beauty eGift Cards are deemed purchased in and issued from the province of Ontario, Canada. The risk of loss and title to such items passes to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.

Radiance Clean Beauty eGift Cards can be purchased on radiancecleanbeauty.com by following these steps:

-Visit the Radiance Clean Beauty's eGift Card page.
-Select your eGift Card denomination and enter the recipient’s name and email. 
-Select add to cart (only one eGift Card can be purchased per transaction).
-Select view cart and check out to proceed with checkout.

Radiance Clean Beauty gift cards never expire!

Nourish Spa gift cards cannot be used to pay for online purchases.  To make a purchase using your Nourish Spa Gift card please send your order and gift card number to getnourished@nourishspa.ca.

Radiance Clean Beauty eGift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.

If you created a Radiance Clean Beauty account on our website, you can access your order history and check the balance of your gift card by using the link provided in your gift card email.
