I don't like the product I purchased. Can I return it?
As individual results from any product may vary, we are not able to guarantee results. As such, we invite you to return your product for store credit (minus the original shipping cost) if the product you purchased is unused, unopened, and returned at your expense within 7 days of the original purchase delivery.
I think I might have experienced an allergic reaction. Can I return the product?
Although allergic reactions are very rare we do understand that they can happen. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, describe your reaction, and attach photos to your email. If a return or product replacement is approved we will send you a prepaid shipping label and will issue store credit (minus the original shipping cost) or product replacement once we have received and inspected your return.
HOW TO RETURN
All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your products.
All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging.
Return shipping costs will not be refunded or credited.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, samples, bundles, discounted products, gifts with purchase, or gift cards for any reason.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. Once your return has been inspected and is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
My package was damaged during shipment. Can I return it?
We're so sorry this happened! Although handling during shipment is out of our control we understand how disappointed you are to receive a damaged order. We know you were so excited to receive it and we want to help you. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of your order's arrival. Include details of the condition of the order and attach pictures showing the damage. If approved for return we will send you a paid return shipping label and will issue store credit (minus the original shipping cost) or product replacement once we have received and inspected your return.
Items that cannot be returned for any reason:
All sale items
Any products purchased as part of a bundle or gift box
Free gifts with purchase, or promotional items
Food items (i.e. tea), jewelry, fragrances, essential oils, curated bundles or boxes
Face and body tools, including makeup brushes, mask brushes, gua sha tools, gemstone facial rollers
