Where is my order?
Once you have placed your online order you will receive an order confirmation email where you can track the status of your order. If you do not receive an email please check your junk mail folder. All orders require up to 3 business days (9:00 to 5:00 EST Monday to Friday) of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping and are shipped out of our warehouse in Cobourg, Ontario, Canada. Once the shipping carrier scans your package the estimated delivery date will be updated.
We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Do you offer free shipping?
Expediated shipping is FREE across Canada for for orders over $99 (the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days in Ontario and 3-9 business days nationally, after order fulfillment) on orders over $99
Expediated flat rate shipping is $15 across Canada for orders under $99 (the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days in Ontario and 3-9 business days nationally, after order fulfillment).
Express shipping (the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days after order fulfillment) is available for $25.

All orders are shipped standard or expedited through Canada Post.
Pick up is also available at our pick up location at Nourish Boutique Spa in Cobourg, Ontario.
Can you ship to P.O. Box Addresses?
Yes, we accept shipping to P.O. Box addresses via Canada Post
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process when your product arrives. It is normal for the exterior package to exhibit signs of wear and tear; however, if the item(s) in your shipment are damaged, please see our Return Policy for more information.
